Before production, we share a digital mock-up for your approval, and the approved mock-up is the reference for your order.

Screen colours differ between devices. Pantone matching, engraving tone and print finish can vary slightly depending on the material and branding method.
4. Prices, quantities and lead times
Prices are not shown online and are confirmed only in a written quotation. Minimum order quantities and delivery times listed on the site are typical guides and may change with stock, quantity and season. Confirmed details are those in your quotation or invoice.
5. Customer artwork and trademarks
By sending us a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for any claims related to the artwork you supply. We may refuse artwork that appears to infringe the rights of others.
